These Terms and Conditions for the use of the online store www.lazarfabworks.com apply to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by Lazar Fab Works LLC through this website.

Lazar Fab Works is a young and dynamic company that specializes in the production and sale of high-quality carbon parts for cars and lifestyle. We offer a wide range of carbon products designed to enhance the performance and appearance of your car, and products to improve your life all-around.

In addition to our carbon parts, we also offer automotive related 3D scans and 3D digital products for printing. Our products are of the highest quality and are produced using the latest technologies and materials. We always strive to deliver products that perfectly match the wishes and requirements of our customers.

At Lazar Fab Works  we are passionate about tuning and have a lot of experience in optimizing cars for maximum performance and style. Our team is always available to help you choose the right parts for your car and advise you on the best solutions for your vehicle.

For proper use of the website, we recommend that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these provisions without prior notice.

 

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This website is owned by Lazar Fab Works LLC

By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) presented below.

The use of this website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Lazar Fab Works LLC, in accordance with the Law No. 284/2004 regarding Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Moldova.

The relationship between the Client and the Seller is governed by Law No.105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor any changes.

 

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

By using the website www.lazarfabworks.com, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing, confirming, and executing orders.

Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes such as providing ordered products, promotions, analytics (Google Analytics), cookies, newsletters and notifications.

All personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with Law No.133/2011 regarding the protection of personal data.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of information on the site.

However, data transmission over the internet or wireless networks cannot be completely secure. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot fully guarantee the security of the information transmitted by the Buyer.

 

3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Orders can be paid using Credit card / PayPal. After receiving the order you will receive a receipt confirming the payment.

Online payment is performed with maximum security using a bank card that allows secure online transactions. After the payment is completed, you will receive a payment confirmation via email.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the 3D Secure standard, which redirects the user to a secure bank page during payment authentication.

Refunds are made only to the payment card used for the purchase.

To complete a payment you will need to enter the following card details. The transfer of this information is carried out in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.

  • Card number (16 digits)
  • Expiration date (month and year)
  • CVC / CVV code (3 digits)
  • Cardholder name

International Customs Duties are not included in the shipping fee; trade agreements vary between international countries. For this reason, applicable duties and taxes on the importation of any products are the full responsibility of the customer as well as any brokerage fees.

 

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / GOODS / SERVICES

After the order is registered, the Buyer will receive information regarding the estimated delivery date.

If you have placed an order, it will be processed on average the next working day. The packages are sent on working days via EMS (Express Mail Service) and the delivery time is on average 1 to 3 weeks.  After sproduct has been dispatched you will receive the tracking number by email.

You can view the status of your order in your account. You can get here by clicking on 'my account' at the top of the website.

Delivery time may be extended in exceptional situations such as:

  • unfavorable weather conditions
  • holiday periods
  • unforeseen technical issues

Customers will be notified in advance if such situations occur.

Upon receiving the products, please check package integrity and fiscal receipt in the presence of the courier. Later claims regarding these aspects will not be accepted.

 

5. RIGHT OF RETURN

According to Law No.105-XV of March 13, 2013 on Consumer Protection, the Buyer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of payment.

Refunds will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In accordance with Law No.133/2011 regarding personal data protection, the service provider processes personal data.

The provider collects only the personal data necessary for order fulfillment:

  • address
  • postal address

  • order delivery
  • contacting the customer regarding delivery
